Reviews
Here’s what users have said about the The Broiler:
The Broiler has been our go-to for special occasions for years, with loved menu choices and a delightful salad bar. However, our recent visit left us disappointed. The menu has been completely changed, with several favorite dishes no longer available. The table-side Caesar salad was just okay, and it was no longer included with dinner. While the filet was perfect, the potato side was not hot enough to melt the butter. To our dismay, the beloved crème brûlée has also been removed from the menu. Many of the food choices listed in previous ratings are no longer offered.
The Broiler provided an amazing dining experience for me and my four mates. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the tender and flavorful king cut prime rib. Although not pictured, their steakhouse salad was huge and super tasty, and the crème brûlèe provided a delightful sweet note to end the meal. I highly recommend this place for its great experience, reasonable pricing, and stellar service. We didn’t have to wait and were able to enjoy our meal. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas.
The Broiler is a delightful dining experience, offering delicious appetizers like the sizzling shrimp and chicken dip. The main courses, including the full rack of ribs and seafood pasta, are incredibly satisfying. The rolls and baked yam with cinnamon butter are absolutely amazing. The attentive and friendly staff provide excellent service from start to finish. With its clean and quiet atmosphere, The Broiler is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions and create lasting memories.
