Hugo’s Cellar is a warm and inviting restaurant with a vintage Vegas charm. The staff, from the friendly bartender to the attentive server’s helper, made our dining experience enjoyable. Despite the higher price, the overall experience and quality of food made it worthwhile. We even received a delightful anniversary dessert. Celebrating my 50th birthday with family and friends at Hugo’s Cellar was an overall mixed bag experience. The impeccable service and beautifully served wine were highlights. However, disappointments included unsatisfactory Old Fashioned cocktails, extremely salty prosciutto covered prawns, and a blue cheese crusted steak that turned out to be a creamy blob of blue cheese. While it was an okay experience, it’s not one I plan on repeating.
