The Cornerstone Steakhouse’s 22oz medium cooked prime rib was a true letdown. The steak was overcooked, and I strongly believe it was not the promised size. By comparing the picture of the smaller, pinker prime rib from a year ago to the recent, shriveled and dehydrated one, it is clear that the quality has declined. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with my experience.
Cornerstone Steakhouse in Vegas provided a fantastic first night with perfectly cooked prime rib and delicious grenadine and coke. However, the second visit was disappointing with overcooked steak and less pronounced grenadine. Overall, averaging both nights, the experience was decent, with a rating between 3 and a half to 4 stars.
Cornerstone Steakhouse provided us with a terrific night to celebrate our 21st anniversary. From the welcoming staff and clean, comfortable atmosphere to the attentive service of our server Stephanie, our dining experience was top-notch. The Tomahawk steak for 2 was outstanding, ranking among the best steak houses we’ve visited. The manager on duty came by to check on us, ensuring that everything was perfect for our special evening. With reasonable prices and high-quality food, we highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out.
