We had a stroke of luck discovering Tender Steakhouse just in time before closing. Our experience there was a complete turnaround from a previously awful restaurant. From prompt seating in a cozy booth to our patient and unhurried waiter, Juan G., everything was perfect. The food was exceptional – the perfectly cooked and flavorful steak, the fresh burrata salad, and the delicious Cajun crab cake. Though already full, Juan recommended their chocolate cake, which turned out to be incredibly moist and tasty. We highly recommend Tender if you’re in Vegas and will definitely be returning before we leave.
I arrived at this place around 8 on a Saturday night and found it nearly empty. Taking a seat at the bar, I had a great experience with an amazing bartender. Since I was the only customer, the service naturally was excellent. Opting for the ribeye and crispy potatoes, I found the steak to be cooked perfectly at medium rare, although it was a bit tough and lacked the expected flavor. On the other hand, the potatoes were fantastic. Based on this visit, I would rate this place around 3.5 stars, but considering other reviews, maybe I just happened to visit on an off day.
Last night, my husband and I dined at this place. I was in the mood for chicken while he preferred steak. I decided on the pan roasted lemon chicken with polenta and au jus, while my hubby went for the filet mignon. The food was outstanding, and we also enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere and attentive service. This restaurant is located inside the Luxor, and I have nothing negative to say about our experience.
