StripSteak

A magical unicorn has been discovered! It’s a place where my friend can enjoy a steak while I can find a satisfying vegan dish. Initially resigned to having broccolini as my only vegan option, the waitress pleasantly surprised me with a vegan variation of their miso-glazed seabass. Instead of fish, it was made with tofu accompanied by baby bok choy and Honshimeji mushroom ginger dashi. The dish was delightfully light and flavorful. However, it’s worth noting that the ambiance can be quite noisy.

My friend mentioned “strip steak,” and my mind immediately went to a bizarre scene with strippers eating steak while being watched by onlookers. In reality, it turned out to be a high-quality Las Vegas steakhouse. The elegant atmosphere, complete with white tablecloths, and the complimentary French fries served before the meal added a nice touch. The steak was perfectly cooked to my liking, and the sides were outstanding. The jalapeno creme corn provided a satisfying crunch that enhanced the dish’s deliciousness, and the asparagus and mac and cheese were equally impressive. While there are many options for steak in Las Vegas, this restaurant easily ranks among the best.

Our experience at this Las Vegas steak restaurant exceeded our expectations. Although the prices were higher than what we had budgeted, we anticipated this when making the reservation. Our server, Rachel, provided excellent care throughout the evening, offering recommendations and sharing hotel and restaurant history. We started with the bacon appetizer, which was incredibly delicious even without the oyster sauce. The Cowboy steaks we shared were superb, especially when paired with the Stripsteak Sauce and Horseradish. The salmon was also outstanding, and we indulged in a variety of delectable desserts. To cap off our memorable meal at STRIPSTEAK, we enjoyed a delightful 20-year port.
