My experience at Nusr-Et was disappointing. The service was mediocre and the fillet steak I ordered was served as thin, warm cut pieces, failing to meet my expectations. In comparison to other steakhouses like STK, Ramsay, and Capital Grill, Nusr-Et has a lot to learn. Even the manager’s response was unhelpful, refusing to remake the steak. Overall, with its low rating of 3.8 stars, I regret dining at Nusr-Et and won’t be returning.
