Scotch 80 Prime

The restaurant had an upscale vibe, although the food was enjoyable. We were let down by the lack of menu knowledge from our waiter; it would have been helpful to know that a side we ordered already came with our meals. Nevertheless, the food itself was tasty and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, our birthday celebration was a success as the birthday girl was satisfied.

I had an amazing experience at this place! Although it was new to me, I’ll definitely be making it a regular spot. The atmosphere is classy and spacious, with a great bar. The service was impeccable, with wait staff wearing tuxedo coats, and a talented piano player adding lively music. The shrimp cocktail was beautifully presented, chilled, and delicious. The cocktail sauce was good too. The chef also sent out a complimentary sushi/caviar snack that was a pleasant surprise. It had a slightly fishy taste, but I enjoyed it even though it’s not something I typically order. The bone-in New York strip steak was outstanding, one of the best I’ve had in Vegas. The meat was top-quality, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The craft cocktails were creative, delicious, and well balanced. The service was top-notch, making it feel like we had our own exclusive waiter. I will definitely go back and add it to my favorites, although one small critique is that the cocktail could have had an extra shrimp for the price.

Scotch 80 Prime was absolutely fantastic! From the amazing staff to the delicious food, it was the perfect evening. Joseph and his support staff were phenomenal. The 90 minutes we spent there was never rushed, just like other high-end restaurants. The bone-in Filet was amazing, especially when paired with the outstanding Hash Browns topped with fondue Brie. And let’s not forget the perfect cheesecake dessert – not too sweet, not too rich. I can’t wait to come back!
