Overall, the dining experience is pleasant at Off the Strip, which provides a relaxed atmosphere and a great vibe. I suggest trying the seafood tower, which is delicious. While the prices are a bit higher than average, they are still reasonable for a steakhouse in Vegas. The restaurant’s operating hours may be a bit unusual, but it’s worth a visit if you can make it.

The waiter was friendly and the food was decent, meeting expectations for a casual fine dining experience. Although the restaurant area had an older appearance, being on the 50th floor provided a great view. Notably, they prepared a delicious creme brulee with perfectly golden-brown edges, avoiding any burnt taste.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Despite having high expectations, it fell short in every aspect. The service was poor, the drinks were overpriced, and the atmosphere was bland. Nothing about it reflected any sense of Voodoo, and even the mismatched chairs and tables seemed thrown together. The dress code mentioned on their website was completely nonexistent, as we saw people wearing shorts, flip flops, and tee shirts. The food and presentation were also terrible. The lounge has been closed since the Covid pandemic, which wasn’t mentioned on their website or the RIO signage near where we parked. As a couple on a date night, we sincerely felt let down.
