Visited brother-in-law, nephew treated us to dinner at Orleans Hotel. Stunning decor, friendly staff, exceptional food. Pricey but worth every penny. Highly recommend to Orleans Hotel guests.
Shrimp scampi lacked flavor, taste of boiled salt water. Sauce tasted like melted unsalted butter. Better off with Chinese takeout. Mashed potatoes tasted like dehydrated powder. Shrimp tempura appetizer was disappointing.
Despite the unconventional attire, the divine atmosphere and exceptional service made our dining experience memorable. Our server, Mark F, took great care in accommodating my child’s allergies and provided detailed guidance on what she should avoid. Although the food was a bit pricey, it was a wonderful experience overall, and I look forward to indulging in dessert on my next visit.
My family and I tried a new steak restaurant called The Orleans. Despite arriving early, we were greeted warmly and seated earlier than expected. The service was remarkable, from the moment we walked in. While most of our orders were great, the Ribeye steak lacked the quality we were expecting. However, considering the reasonable prices, overall, it is a good restaurant worth visiting again.
