Cut by Wolfgang Puck offers incredible food with impeccable service. While the chairs may not be the most comfortable, the dining experience is truly memorable. The American Wagyu fillets were outstanding without any additional sauce, but the house-made steak sauce was so delicious that it was impossible to resist. This restaurant is a must-visit when in town, and I can’t wait to return.
Cut by Wolfgang Puck didn’t live up to the hype. The chicken wings and beef sliders were decent starters, but the wagyu steak was average. While the Dover Sole was passable, the crispy and tasty King Pal cauliflower stood out. However, the lack of presentation and accompaniments on the plates left much to be desired. Overall, an average experience.
Cut by Wolfgang Puck in Vegas offers a highly recommended steak with amazing sides, particularly their mac & cheese. However, the $95 sole fish was not impressive compared to other options at a lower price. The service and atmosphere of the restaurant were impeccable, making it a good choice for a steak night.
