Phil’s Steak House is a pleasant restaurant for meat enthusiasts where you’ll find excellent steak, albeit with a relatively limited selection. The crab cake appetizer is also enjoyable, and while the wine list is not extensive, it still offers some good choices from the US. The service, however, leaves room for improvement and seems to be their weak point.
I strongly advise against choosing this restaurant. The food is incredibly disappointing and doesn’t justify the high prices. The service is also terrible, even with a dinner reservation. We tried to share our feedback with the waiter during our meal, but they didn’t seem to care. Unfortunately, there’s nothing redeeming about this place, not even the truffle fries. You can find better fries at any fast food chain for a fraction of the cost. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend dining here.
I had a so-so experience at Phil’s Steak House. It was odd because when I made a reservation, I was informed about a dress code and no shorts policy. However, upon arriving, I noticed that everyone else was dressed very casually. The food was decent, but not on par with other high-end casino restaurants. The bar was also average, as they made my Martini wrong and couldn’t even make an Aviation. The highlight of the evening was the excellent service provided by the waiter.
