Absinthe Las Vegas Review: Outrageous, Jaw-Dropping Entertainment

If you’re looking for a Las Vegas experience, Absinthe is a must-see. The adults-only cabaret variety show at Caesars Palace is electrifying, crass, and downright naughty!

Absinthe provides an incredible recipe of jaw-dropping circus stunts, wild bawdy humor, and seductive burlesque.

Tickets are expensive, and shows often sell-out, but there’s a reason Absinthe is the best show in Las Vegas.

Continue reading my Absinthe Vegas review to learn why I think this is a must-see performance!

Absinthe Las Vegas Review

5/5

Absinthe Las Vegas is a raunchy, outrageous production show that will blow your mind with jaw-dropping circus stunts and wild bawdy humor. If you’re looking for a uniquely Vegas experience, don’t miss Absinthe!

Pros

  • Laugh Out Loud Funny: Absinthe at its core is an old-world variety show. Hosts Gazillionaire and Joy Jenkins provide hilarious comedy with offensive, over-the-top humor. There’s nothing else quite like it.
  • Rotating Cast: Absinthe runs nightly. The way they do this is by rotating the acts. They periodically add new acts and talent into the show for a unique experience every time you see it.
  • Spiegelworld Tent: Absinthe is in a wonderful, intimate cabaret-style theater just outside the main entrance of Caesars Palace. It’s one of the most eclectic venues in all of Vegas. The only downside is that they use a mixture of barstools and chairs that can become uncomfortable during the show.

Cons

  • Tickets Are Expensive: The truth is Absinthe is one of the most popular shows in Las Vegas. Seeing the best show in town isn’t cheap, you should expect to spend at least $139 per ticket.
  • Cocktails Are Expensive: This isn’t unusual for Las Vegas venues. If you want to grab a pre-show cocktail at the Electric Oak, expect to spend a pretty penny.

Absinthe Las Vegas is a spicy show. Every night the show performs in the intimate Spiegelworld Tent outside the main entrance at Caesars Palace.

This isn’t your typical variety show. It’s a modern twist to the old-world circus.

It’s raunchy and outrageous. It’s stunning and breathtaking. One minute you’ll see jaw-dropping circus stunts and feats. The next minute you’ll hear wild bawdy humor and crass jokes.

When I have guests visit me in Vegas, I tell them to see Absinthe.

If you’re looking for a uniquely Vegas experience, don’t miss Absinthe!

Absinthe Provided Me Over The Top Entertainment

I went to see Absinthe on a Friday night when my cousin was in town. Las Vegas was packed! We made it into the Spiegelworld tent right as the show began.

Our seats were tall barstools about five rows back in standard reserved seating. We were on the side near the piano stage.

Gazillionaire and Joy Jenkins were rousing up the crowd with improper jokes and hysterical comedy.

As they left the stage, the first of many acts took to the center of the room.

The acts in the show range from acrobatic stunts to aerial artistry to sexy burlesque numbers. It’s a unique, non-stop thrill ride from beginning to end!

Bawdy and sex humor are a big part of the show, so this may not be the show for you if you’re offended easily.

However, if you’re looking for a night of laughter and jaw-dropping entertainment, Absinthe Las Vegas is a must-see!

Absinthe is the only variety show that delivers an experience like no other.

It’s unlike any other show on The Strip because it features wild and outrageous acts performed right before your eyes. There’s nothing else quite like it!

The performers are larger than life, the acts are jaw-droppingly amazing, and the production value is unparalleled!

Absinthe is a Wild Ride From Start to Finish

There’s a reason Absinthe is so darn popular and is the best show in Las Vegas. This production is outrageously entertaining and full of surprises.

From the start, you will be drawn into a different world, and it’s a unique experience unlike any other show in Las Vegas.

Be prepared for some seriously crazy stunts and risqué humor – this isn’t your typical show.

But that’s what makes Absinthe so good, and it’s unapologetically over-the-top, and you’ll be laughing the entire time.

With its unique blend of carnival and spectacle, only here can you get up close to some of the most outrageous acts on earth.

The show is racy and will kick you in the pants. You should expect to be offended, but it’s worth every minute of your time for this cabaret-style production show hosted by the vulgar Gazillionaire with his sidekick Joy Jenkins.

Absinthe is a high-energy show that will keep you on the edge of your seat or mixed up in some crude jokes. Absinthe is a perfect show for those that appreciate variety and comedy!

Absinthe is the perfect place to let loose and enjoy a good time. The rotating cast of performers never misses a beat, keeping you entertained for hours on end with their fantastic variety in acts that will drop your jaw.

An Intimate & Unique Theater Experience

The intimate Spiegelworld Tent only has eleven rows of seats surrounding a circular stage in the middle of the room.

You’ll be up close and personal with your favorite performers at a one-of-a-kind show, unlike any other theater experience you can find on The Strip!

We highly recommend that you arrive early at Absinthe to grab a cocktail before the show under The Electric Oak.

The 120,000 LED leaves of the tree are constantly changing color, and the Electric Oak creates an excellent backdrop for all your Instagram stories as you wait for the show to start.

Expect to be offended, but it’s worth every minute of your time for this one-of-a-kind experience. Absinthe is a show, unlike anything I had seen before.

The cabaret-in-the-round presentation features wild and outlandish acts that amaze and inspire. Audiences are treated to a night of imagination and excess with performances that will have you on the edge of your seat.

What’s the best Spiegelworld show?

Absinthe was originally going to be a short residency at Caesars Palace. Then the word got out and it quickly became the must-see show in town. That was in 2011.

Since then, Spiegelworld has add two more shows and a restaurant experience. Both Atomic Saloon Show and Opium live up to the hype with their own unique Spiegelworld flare.
